How to clean
Let pan or pot cool down, let soak in warm water, and then remove burnt residues with the scraper. You naturally don’t need dishwashing soap. After cleaning, rinse thoroughly again. Before putting your cast-iron cookware back in the cupboard, always dry it up thoroughly and season it as usual.
