Welcome to Big Nath’s BBQ Shop — where one man, one smoker and a lockdown dream came together in the heart of Bristol to ignite something proper. What began with smoke, graft and a whole lot of flavour has grown into one of the UK’s most exciting, multi-award-winning live-fire BBQ brands.
Based in Backwell (just outside Bristol), we sling BBQ at street-food markets, festivals and private events — and we run our own BBQ Skool classes, collaborate with chefs, and even host full-blown fire stages.
Behind the flames are founders Nathan “Big Nath” Ritchie and Kinsey Pelletier. With Nath’s cooking know-how and Kinsey’s organisation wizardry, they’ve built a multifaceted small business rooted in real passion, proper food and community.
Our mission? To celebrate people, place and the power of live fire. Because BBQ is more than meat and smoke — it’s a gathering, a vibe, a moment to savour.
