Shipping policy

Welcome to Big Nath's BBQ Shop! We’re proud to offer quality BBQ products and want to make sure your order gets to you quickly and reliably. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details on how we handle deliveries within the UK.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. This currently only includes England and Wales.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Times

Orders are processed Wednesday to Sunday, excluding bank holidays.

Please allow 2-4 working days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Options & Rates

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Standard UK Delivery – £3.95 - free delivery on order over £75

Fuels delivery - £10

Barbecues, smokers and pizza oven delivery - £20

Delivery within 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Local Pickup 

If you're near Backwell, we offer a free local pickup option.

Pickup is available during shop open times, please double-check these especially around Christmas, Easter or bank holidays. 

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready to collect. 

Local Delivery

For orders over £150 we will personally deliver your items within a 10 mile radius of our BBQ shop. You never know Big Nath or Kins might be dropping off your delivery themselves.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number (if applicable) so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us at with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.
