Hot Tomatillo Salsa:

This is a South American classic; GingerBeard's version has some added heat from a few sneaky ghost peppers! Its fresh, zingy and fiery flavour pairs it perfectly with tacos and South American food of all kind. Made in collaboration with The Independent Spirit of Bath, GingerBeard has added their specially selected Scotch whisky to fermented chillies to create this unique Sriracha with a boozy kick. A fresh and tropical hot sauce made in collaboration with Good Chemistry Brewing. Bursting with juicy pineapple and a generous splash of their Kokomo Weekend IPA, it brings the perfect balance of fruity sweetness and medium habanero heat.
